If the course is wide open and you are playing with a cart by yourself, how long will it take you to play?

Less than 2 hours easily on my home course. I'm blessed to be a member of a course where pace of play is usually quicker as compared to other courses.

I am to. I played wit two friends last Wednesday. Teed off with 3 carts around 12:30 and was finished just after 3:00. That was a 2 1/2 ish hour round. I loved it. I felt a little rushed but it was nice to be able to play and not take the whole afternoon.

This time of year, it thins out a lot. Not as many players in Michigan.

with a cart I'm not sure since I walk more than ride and tend to site see (hit more than one ball into different areas of the course) when I ride. i have walked 18 in 2 hours and 25 minutes on more than one occasion when the course has been open.

Walking:

18 = 3 1/2 hours

36 = 6 1/2 hours

Riding:

18 = 2 1/2 hours

36 = 4 to 4 1/2 hours

Mostly play 36

Quickest I have ever gotten around by myself in a cart was 1 hour 50 minutes.

I'd have that cart looked at, you may need a new sparkplug, or to change that fuel filter. :cheesy:

I normally play at least (2) balls, and finish 9 holes in 1 hr 10 mins. I seldom play 18 holes at one time, but I play many holes per day. It sure is handy living on the 9th hole of a small town golf course, play when I feel like it, whenever I feel like it.

p. s. It generally takes me a little longer, I have to study my putts, I'm not used to studying. :cheesy:

The quickest I've played 18 by myself with a cart was 1 hour and 40 minutes. I would say average is about 2 hours.

Well I did have to play through 2 groups that day so it might have been a bit quicker but not much. I was only playing 1 ball the whole way around and I was playing to fast for my own good but when I get rolling I just can't quit.

I could do 18 with a cart during the week in about 2.5 hours or so. That's just a guess since I normally will walk, which takes me about 2:45 to 3 hours.

I live in Los Angeles where the courses are NEVER wide open. It would be very rare to play as a single. I always plan to be on the course for at least 5 hours. :drinks:

Last week I played my home course by myself in a cart and got around in one hour and forty-five minutes.

I can walk my course with a buddy and play 18 in about 2.75 hours so if we rode it together we could do it in less than 2 hours without a problem. We have one guy at our course that can play 9 holes in a half an hour jogging with a driver a 7 iron and a putter and normally shoots around 40-42 and hes 65 years old, but hes a health nut.
