I think the Inaugural Kansas City WRX Outing was a hit, so let's do it again!

 

 

 

First tee time off at 1:00 PM

$40 including cart

 

I have spoke to Management at Falcon Lakes and signed an agreement in order to reserve 5 tee times (20 persons) beginning at 1:00 PM for only $40 per person. I will need to have confirmation from all who wish to parcipitate by Friday May 6, 2015. If I don't hear from you by then, they will need to release tee times that are not reserved.

 

For those who have not played Falcon Lakes, I think all will enjoy it.

 

Built in 2002 and designed by renowned golf course architect Jay Morrish, Falcon Lakes is one of the premier public courses in the Kansas City area.

 

Falcon Lakes offers a links-style layout with gracious zoysia fairways, continuous concrete cart paths, and bent grass, softly undulating greens that average over 6,000 sq. ft. in size.

 

Multiple tee decks on every hole provide a range of play from 5,200 to 7,100 yards in length, making the course a challenge to golfers of all skill levels. Falcon Lakes is always maintained to tournament conditions!

I also believe Falcon Lakes is a great venue choice due to its nice indoor/outdoor grill and patio area. I thought it would be perfect area for the Kansas City WRX participants to gather after the rounds to have a drink and get to know the faces behind the screen names.

I am a member at Adams Pointe in Blue Springs. If need be I can bring a couple guys if we need. I moved here less than three years ago and hooked up with a good group of guys. We usually have 2-3 groups on Saturday and Sunday and do $15 in the pot, $10 for skins, $5 for greenies.

I've decided I'm out...the Legend Tim Watson visits my little town and home course, and a 3 brand demo day...can't pass it up. Such a bummer they were the same day!!
