New England Skin Games

I'm working on putting a Skins League together to play most weekends all around the New England Area. Once I nail down some details, I'll provide them to anyone who might be interested. I helped run a fairly large skins game in Austin for a couple year and we ended up having some 80 or so great people who played. with averages of 20 people each week. Awesome! If it follows the trend I had in Austin they start small and continue to grow. Each week I'll send an email with the course for the weekend where you can either signup or not. I just got the e-mail set up. Send me an E-mail at [email protected] and I'll add you to the list!

sure, each week I send an email about the course and time. If it works for you, you'll sign up. no membership costs or anything like that. for the people who play, we'll have a couple pots to start, a standard pot (25$ buy in), Optional High Stakes ( Additional 25$) + the cost of the course. 15$ of the standard 25 will go to net/gross skins, and 10 will go to overall low net score. we'll base handicaps off of GHIN/honor system to start. but eventually, we'll maintain our own handicaps to help keep things the most fair. Based on quality of play, I like to do a gross game as well, but we need players of similar talent to achieve this.

Like I mentioned I started something similar in Austin. we started with 5 people and grew rapidly. we got a ton of talent (even some local tour pros) to play regularly. Right now I have three people interested, once I get 6-8 I'll start setting things up officially.

We played today at George Wright, a foursome. It was a good time for sure. Recommend trying to play next time if you can.

Guys, if this starts to grow and you'd like to play a challenging track in NH lemme know. I'm always down to help out forum members, especially guys with some game. I have members at my club who might be into this as well.
