I have seen a few items here and there but nothing crazy. I don't think they are getting the inventory like they used too.

I think part of it is resellers are getting to it before it even hits the sales floor. I had talked to someone in the past who claimed they had a deal with the manager of a Burlington or Ross that any golf related items he would get first dibs before the stuff hit the floor. I am guessing that is becoming more common.

Our Burlington is a ghost town.  Every time I go in, the sales floor is smaller and smaller.  Dirty, merchandise unorganized, and disheveled.  The area against the back wall used to be where all of the shoes were. Now there are a few racks in the corner of the store.

That's insane. I really wonder what their ROI really is. I've also seen some people have a reseller pass or something. Not sure if it's everywhere but something regarding a slight discount or not having to pay taxes. Some social media resellers posted this. Super annoying though

Yeah it definitely stinks, takes the fun out of randomly finding a nice pair in your size, or even for a buddy. I have done that multiple times in the past, but seems to be few and far between now. Yeah the resellers are getting them cheaper in bulk, I think it was like 15-20 bucks per pair if I remember right.

I don't look to flip clubs or shoes.  It sometimes happens by chance because I find something I think I like and then don't use it much.  But flipping is never my intention.  There is still something about finding a cool product in your size at a good price. I wish Loudmouth golf pants would hit Ross and the like.  I would never pay full retail for them.  But it would be fun to have a pair or two around.

Same here. I almost never flip anything. I buy so much stuff to try and then usually move it at a loss. It’s part of the game. I have made a few bucks here or there but I usually price my stuff so it moves quickly. I live in a small rural college town and we recently got a new Burlington. When it first opened I went in for kicks and found some Jordan’s. They were like size 8 and I left them. I’ve checked back a few times and the flippers have already found the new store. An employee said people are driving from 45-50 mins away to scour their shoes. It just irritates me so much. I hope they all lose money.

I am between an 11 and 12 in most shoes, depending on make/model.  I wear and 11 XW in Footjoy, 11.5 wide (2E or 4E) in New Balance and Asics. I can wear a 12 in some NIke styles  (retro models and most Jordan models are ok in that size for me).  In Reebok, I wear a 12.  In golf shoes, I only wear Footjoy (great, great shoes and they are a golf shoe company only...love their stuff).  My size is an odd one.  If I find something I like in my size in their shoes, I keep it. For years.

Getting a  little carried away because of a sale, I recently ended up with at least one pair too many of the retro  Shaq Attaq (in OG colorways- the OG white and OG black) .  I am going to sell one pair--not looking to flip  (If I can, great). Just looking to redeem myself and break even for buying too many pairs.
