What shafts do you have in them?

 

I am playing mine with the stock AMT S300. I have never been a DG fan and have tried these shafts before. I was no fan. I bought these thinking I would just swap the shafts out, but so far, I am loving the combo. I don't know what changed but it just works for me. The long irons just get up and go, which I love. I am finding the middle more since the last time I tried these shafts, that probably helps but I have no desire to swap them out now.

I actually prefer the 716 CB over the 718 CB.. they feel the same though and perform identical to each other.. I just prefer the looks of the 716CB plus they can be had new for cheap on the bay.. Now, the MB's I prefer the 718 over the 716.. the 716 MB look beautiful ala 680's but I just hit the 718 better.. slightly different toe and straight line muscle.. Its all in my head and how I perceive the looks and translate that to confidence.

 

But in all honesty you cant go wrong with either CB model.. the 716 was the biggest improvement as its the first one to have tungsten to increase MOI. The 718 CB have the same tungsten placement
