How are you supposed to know what you did wrong?

Trying to list something on the BST and it’s been deleted twice. First time was my fault. I listed a bunch of pants and put one price for the lot instead of individual pricing. Okay my bad. Second time I relisted, individual prices, clear pics, the whole 9 yards and it got deleted. Messaged a Marshall and no answer.

 

How are you supposed to fix a problem if they won’t tell you what the problem is?

The one time I made a similar mistake I did the same thing and again the ad was deleted. Turns out I had to somehow acknowledge something about what I did before I could move forward.

 

I too reached out to a Mod. The message was never read and they left the conversation. It was several years ago so I can’t remember exactly what I had to do, but I’d suggest going that route rather than waiting on a reply.
