Replacement for Cleveland 588 Gunmetal 56 wedge

Looking at the original specs, it has a 14 degree bounce. This is my "sand wedge". I also use it for approach shots (full or pitch) from the fairway or rough. Should I stick with 14 bounce? My other wedges are PW and AW that match irons and a 60 degree 588 gunmetal.

Jeez this is a tough one... My 1st inclination is to say just get another Cleveland 56 built on the same specs. Personally I've had countless 588 SP wedges and been happy with almost all of them. But we are going on 30 years now. The man who designed those wedges has been at Callaway for years and years. I guess I'd say if you can get one you like thats in great condition go for it.

Aside from that maybe think about trying out some newer offerings?

OK I just did a quick search and came up with this...

I just purchased two lower bounce TA588 wedges, at 57* and 10* bounce as replacements for the one I game.

the other thing I noticed is that Cleveland has a true temper wedge shaft that has a much larger distance from tip to first step.

I weighed the cut shaft and it was 109 g, while a S200 wedge flex Dynamic Gold weighed in at 119g.

granted that Cleveland also has the Dynamic Gold in wedge flex as a shaft offering in their wedges, but my gamer has a different shaft.

Do a search on 'the bay' for Cleveland tour issue wedge- there is a seller on there that has some original rtx logoed tour issue wedges that have the exact same shape and bounce as 588 56/14- same seller also occasionally has raw 588 tzg wedges for cheap as well.
