I noticed the same thing and decided to use the Loctite product mentioned in the beginning of the thread which seems to be more consumer oriented than industrial.

I bought it on Amazon.  It's out of stock there at the moment, though.  Google suggests lots of sources.  McMaster Carr has it for $18/tube.  You will need a dispenser gun w/10:1 plunger.  The 3M gun is great, but expensive.  There are cheaper gun alternatives, although I don't have any personal experience with them.  I have several extra 10:1 plungers, if anyone is in need.  Yours for the cost of shipping - $5.
