How many of you own this key piece of equipment?

A cart. Not a pull or push cart but a golf cart? We’re talking EZGO, Yamaha, Club Car etc. I know many of you play at private and public courses that have rental fleets. However, there are some of us in clubs where there is not a rental option but cart sheds that house member’s personal carts instead. The up side of cart ownership is that you can personalize it to your liking. It’s comparable to bikers where you debate different colors, accessories and electric vs. gas. I just upgraded yesterday from a 2009 gas Yamaha to a 2015 gas Yamaha with EFI. For accessories I went back with the same package that I had before: foldable windshield, rain hood for the bags, ball/club washer and sand box for filling divots. I do not want to debate walking vs. riding. I exercise when I exercise and golf when I golf. I just want to hear from those of you who own and maintain your own cart. Thanks!

I have a club car Precedent. Really wanted the Yamaha efi, but my club doesn’t allow gas carts. Consider me jealous

We have the 90v EZGO Li that is awesome. We are limited to EZGO but have a sub and sound bar, ball washer, cooler, fold-able windshield and rain hood. We went with the silver with black top and got some custom wheels. Really enjoy having it and the added speed is great for zipping around the course.

I have a 2007 Yamaha, pretty plain. Our neighborhood and course doesn’t allow gas. Thinking of upgrading to 2015 or newer EZGO that’s modified to go up to 30 mph. Need to shave a few minutes off drive time to and from course/clubhouse/pool!

Don't own, but daughter played High School golf and home course was a private club. What surprised me the first time dropping her off was the number of houses with a dedicated golf cart bay with their attached garage. Smaller door and everything. At courses I play, always prefer an electric vs gas cart (most only have one or the other)

Own a 2007 Club Car Precedent which my wife jokes is the only new vehicle I’ve ever bought! I believe it was called a “Presidential” package or something and it came with premium rims, rain canopy for clubs, storage net, fold-down windshield, cooler and sand bucket. My only add-ones were a unique key and the single-point watering system for the batteries. I live on a course so the unique key was necessary so none of the keys for the club’s carts would fit mine. I have added a lockable dash cover and a ball/club-washer. Occasional maintenance performed and it is still running good!
