Sun Sleeves

I've tried Nike, Adidas and Greg Norman's Shark brand (the coolest and best fitting).  BUT, is there some secret trick to making them stay in place?  Or do I need to go to the gym and bulk up my upper arms?

I have the opposite problem.  They are a bit too tight on my upper arms.  Where did you get the Norman's?

I have Nike, foot joy, & some cheap Amazon sleeves & haven’t had any issues; if anything they feel tight.

Check out a brand called SParms.  A lot of LPGA pros wear them.  They have a shawl one that connects both arms in the back.  No way they fall down.  Play in these regularly and they are made well with good breathability.

UVoider.   Their sun sleeves are excellent!   Been wearing them for years now.   They stay up.   

 

UVoider are superior to the Adidas and Footjoy sleeves that I've tried.

Same sliding issue and found that the MEDIUM size on Amazon works much better than the one size fits all.  Also found that hand washing helps vs. washing machine which is aggressive with the light weight materials.  Or use a lingerie bag for the machines.

Adidas has grippers on there’s. Works perfect.

I wish I could find good deals on the Sparms shoulder wraps ($40 retail).

 

I've had pretty good luck with Outdoor Research's sun sleeves.  They are UPF 50+, really lightweight/breathable/stretchy, and have a thin teflon-like rubbery strip of material that grip the top of the biceps.  I've been happy with these for the past few years.  The OR sleeves occasionally go on sale at REI, SportsBasement, OR's own website, and other sporting goods stores.

I’ve been using the ones from samyi golf. Same ones morikawa’s caddie uses and several other pros and caddie. They are comfortable in all temps and keep the sweat off

I was amateur cycling racer in my younger old man years and Pearl Izumi make sun sleeves that come in several sizes.  Mine work great and don't slide down.  Pick a sleeve that is slighly snug, but not too tight on your biceps and it shouldn't slide down.  Lots of companies make sleeves both with and without finger holes so that the wrist is also covered.

I wear the Sparms sleeves and they are my favorite to date.  Nike were tight as hell.  FJ we’re pretty good.  Not right but almost too warm but pretty nice. Sparms are the most comfy and do not move a lick.   I can’t do the shawl for some reason.

I'm using the B-Driven sports arm sleeve and it fits my arm very well, no slipping. It protects my hands from direct sunlight and is much cooler.

These have support on the upper arm the work well.   I have two pair and love them, although they do run long.

I was liking the Columbia PFG sleeves, but the newer ones I have gotten can't seem to stay up.  I've had Nike ones for years, and they have grippers and stay up better.
