That's was really stupid of the people you were playing against; although golf is one of those integrity sports, getting people disqualified for something as petty as regrooving clubs is pretty low.

Well we get to the green and I marked and pick up his ball and I notice, what looks like STREAMERS hanging off his ball. (Picture)

 

What are streamers? If it's those black scrapes on those balls in the pictures, doesn't that happen to all balls? I have those on about half my balls and I see them just about everywhere...

i sharpen my grooves with a skinny file that fits in the grooves, so far i have never been cought and i spin em like nobody's buisness!

glad i looked at the date on the first page, sometimes i just use the quick post option before going to the last page. i was gonna say just get some VR wedges, mine are through 1.5 seasons and still shred balls but back in 08 i dont think the VR's were out yet

I tried this last year for S and Gs.....applied that anti slip safety self adhesive strips to a wedge and trimmed to fit....a lotta spin!

When I first strated playing golf my friend had just bought a new Vokey spin milled wedge and he came to the golf course and started showing off about how much spin he could get. I was so jealous afterwards that later that night i decided to spin mill my wedge so i got my dad's electric engraver and just started engraving the hell out of the spaces between the grooves. Should of seen his face after i told him what i had done.
