I was told by Roger Dunn Golf that 4/14 orders are being built today, so they expect that my 4/18 order will be built early next week and should arrive by Friday of next week (June 2).  That would be 6 weeks plus 2 days from order to arrival. 

 

I am playing in a tournament June 3-4, and I'm trading in my current Ping gamers for the Mizunos.  Two choices: 1) play with the old Pings and defer picking up the new Mizunos until later, or 2)play with the new Mizunos without a chance to try them on a course before the tournament.  I've been dealt a bad hand, and I may have to fold (cancel my tournament entry).

Reached out to golf galaxy again today their response. 

 

“I am just following up on your recent call today. 

MIZUNO just got back to me!

 

Per MIZUNO latest update “”this order was just completed this afternoon and should be getting shipped out first thing tomorrow morning””

I place my order 4/4. JPX923 HM 4-GW golf pride MCC plus 4 grips. If they ship out tomorrow morning it will have been a total of 7 weeks and 2 days (51 days).

So Mizuno's turnaround is getting worse not better. This is frustrating as all get out.

Ordered JPX923 HMs 5-GW on 5/4, quoted 4-5 weeks.  I’m at 3 now and not getting encouraged by the stories I’m seeing here.  I ordered through my club who ordered direct from Mizuno, but still.  Been monitoring this thread since before I even ordered.  I have a golf trip that I leave for on 6/9.. I’m thinking I’m screwed for that lol

I’ve read just about every post and everyone past “hack gate” has been 6 week +/- 2 days

Yeah, most important to get the clubs that fit you best, but the lead time is maddening.  This was the first time I’ve ever been fitted at all.  Been playing for 20+?years with irons that were absolutely not helping me, and I’m excited to the possibilities. Won’t solve nearly everything, but with where I’ve come with my swing, I’m just ready to get going with something just for me.

Absolutely unacceptable.  Got shipping confirmation and Mizuno is shipping them ground! So they won’t arrive till next Tuesday.

I don’t feel that at all. I was looking for something more forgiving than the zx7 with s300 shafts. I ended up in the 923 forged and preferred the PX 6.0 shafts. We used the Mizuno swing optimizer and these weren’t in the top three but produced the best results and was finding the middle of the face very consistently. The fitter told me from a numbers perspective, there wasn’t much benefit. I moved forward with it anyway looking for more forgiveness. I had the 919 forged when they first came out and enjoyed them. After playing 27 holes and a couple times to the range, I don’t get the same results as I was in the fitting for whatever reason. Shaft weight is different, swing weight is different, shaft length is different, so there are a lot of different variables.

I was told 5 weeks on my 923 HL set.  That is 2 days away and I will be shocked if I get them then.  From reading other posts, I'm thinking 6 weeks or so.

My order was on 4/25. I haven’t received a ship notification. Seems like I probably will not until Friday or early next week based on what I’ve been seeing on this forum.

Clubs were delivered 5/28. Ordered on 4/11 but noticed When I received the clubs the order date from Mizuno was 4/15.  Seems like all orders aren’t getting put into their system right away.

Just found out my order placed on 4/21 did not get placed till 4/22. I was thinking i would get them this weekend being 6 weeks and all but was just told it will be another week and a half to 2 week. So that would put me at 7.5/8 week wait time. They said they are waiting on materials and the memorial day holiday pushed things back. I don't understand why they act like they had no clue the holiday was coming. At this point, these better be the best damn clubs I've ever played in my entire life. Odds are by the time they come in I will be out of town.
