Low spin, low launch shaft for ST 190

I play on a links course. I would love to have a lot more roll out on the hard fairways, but the stock Fujikura Atmos 5R seems to drop and stop. 

Which affordable shafts should I be looking at to get a lower flight with less spin?

Anyone?

Some shafts that should be "affordable" are:

 

-Tensei AV Raw White

-Tensei 1K Black

-HZRDUS Smoke RDX (Blue/Black)

-Ventus Black (non velocore since you said affordable)

-Kai'li White

 

All of these shafts come at no upgrade from Titleist and TaylorMade (not sure about other brands) so you could probably find people selling these for less than $200.

Seriously, you could try teeing it lower, contacts the ball lower in the face, where there’s lower loft.  Is the club head adjustable for lower loft?  Same effect.

Low face contact will spin more not less. Hitting the ball above the club’s equator and a tiny bit toe side will help lower spin but if the ball lands and gets no roll, lowering loft (static and dynamic) is going to be the best option.

I am just going to guess here - but most people probably cannot control their strike that well to make sure they are hitting a high toe ball - so lowering the loft is great - but it also opens the face and changes the lie.  So that may not be ideal either.  

I would go slightly heavier shaft - get an old Diamana D+ for $150 bucks.  Should lower launch and spin. 60s or something along those lines.
