Thank you.  I received it from a buddy who had just had the face milled.  May have been Putter Spa.  I took a hand at the torching myself and was happy enough with the way it came out.  Some cool hues in it.

I have a stainless Anser 2 lying around--probably from the 80s or 90s--anybody have experience with getting one refinished? Semi-curious to find out what a shop could do with one as far as finishes, milling, etc.

Thanks, that means a lot coming from a premier PING collector like you! I have a few other uninteresting and redundant Ansers in the collection that I didn't post, too.  Hopefully my next acquisition will be a BeCu Scottsdale in mint (or close) condition. But I'm always on the lookout for interesting Anser variants to add!

Swag made this one and it was various newspaper clippings throughout the season two years ago when the Atlanta Braves won the world series.  The articles were about injuries and challenges they endured during that season.  One of my favorite covers.

Anser black shaft label and Ping Tour Wrap Spiral grip should be the original set up and it should play at about 35".

I have one with the A marking.

Any idea when this Scottsdale anser beryllium nickel edition was manufactured??
