Fairwaygolfus.com legitimate?

Has anyone ever purchased from Fairwaygolfus.com? I stumbled on the site and saw they had some pretty good deals, but their site has the same look to some other sites that I found. It made me question if it is a reputable website.

STOP! Do not purchase from that website. Total scam.

They are an imitation of a real website (fairwaygolfusa.com). This fake website is registered in China - if you put money in it's not coming back and there certainly isn't going to be a real product, if any product at all, coming your way.

I remember this used to be a big problem (sure it still is) but there were threads weekly about fake sites. Some members went on these sites and messed with the help chat with ridiculous claims and the results were hilarious. There was a thread where they posted the chat transcripts, if you can find it, its worth the time to read.

The fact that you can order an entire set (4-P) of Apex MB irons with Project X shafts in them for $95 should have tipped you off 🤣.

 

As a future warning... If you ever find yourself saying "they had some pretty good deals, but..." you need to go ahead and close that browser tab and move on.
