Heard the same thing and still uses the Max driver head.  Just shows there is way more to it just swing speed.  Hope he is in contention this week.

I'm guessing he doesn't deliver enough dynamic loft at impact like DJ.  Or maybe he wants a little bit of forgiveness.  I heard that face control is pretty tough at 190+ ball speed.  😂
