Paradym X Driver - worth upgrading from Rogue ST Max D?

Mainly looking at the Paradym X driver since Callaway has a 2x trade-in sale ending today.  I have a Rogue ST Max D which has been decent and I need every bit of help I can get to fight my slice (aside learning to swing better).  The X is the upgrade to the D, correct?  I'm almost 50 and carry my Rogue typically 220 +/- 15 on the course, but my dispersion is not so good.

This summer I chatted with the owner of my hometown golf shop, he's a huge Callaway guy. I asked him about the Rogue vs Paradym lines in the context of drivers because, at the time, I had a rogue max ls.  As @black bnr32 stated, the guy told me that the Paradym X will definitely be less draw biased than the Rogue max D and is maybe even closer in comparison to the Rogue max. If you need as much draw bias as possible, I'm not sure if the Paradym X is a worthy upgrade but your mileage may vary.

Paradym feels and sounds different, but gave me more or less identical numbers like my Rogue with my gamer shaft. The Callaway sales represent told me to stay with the Rogue ST

and to be honest, they can not be better every year in and out… the differences are minor.

The Paradym X is between the previous Max and Max D in draw bias. Same looks and shaping. Slightly more overall MOI than both, though.

The Paradym standard is slightly less draw biased than the Max - dare I say truly neutral - depending on how your eye sets up. It also introduces the moveable weight track which the ST line did not have. Similar MOI to the ST Max, though - slightly less - but also has a more medium/traditional shaping due to that, which the ST Max model did not (it was elongated).

The Paradym TD almost equivalent to the ST TD, but it less spinning while sporting very similar MOI which is a nice achievement - and also why you see so many pros lofting up.

Overall, in all 3 models, the dispersion is better for most people due to the boost in horizontal and vertical (overall) MOI and stability.

At the end of the day much of that might not matter to you, though, if your ST model is working just fine.

I loved my ST Max, but moved to the Paradym standard. I wanted more weight behind the toe-half of the club because thats my usual strike location and I like the more traditional head shape all the while keeping a very similar 'Max' MOI in that style head which is pretty great. Also the flatter lie (59 vs 67, IIRC)

Thanks for all the comments.  Sounds like my current Rogue ST Max D driver would suit me fine for now.  However, I did pull the trigger late Saturday and ordered the Paradym X.  We'll see if it even matters on course (I sure hope so though!) before fall weather limits me to indoor bays and Top Golf in a month or so.  I just wanna find more fairways!  Averaging only 4-5 per round isn't so hot.

Yep Same here. Got maybe 5 more metres with the paradym, and almost the same dispersion. Bought the rogue as it was $300 cheaper

sure $300 is a great discount and you can invest in about 3 good pro sessions and this could maybe bring back 5meters.

Paradym X might be the best sounding driver in the last 5 years.

As long as my driver is constantly hitting fairways and a long way, he can sing „sweet valentine“ at impact, that does not bother me at all….

sound is so much overrated

Said every Ping G425 max owner.

Exactly, the G425 is the best example…

I must confess that I like it, to hear that I did hit the middle of the clubface with some kind of speed. But I do not care if this „middle of the face“ sound is crispy or pingy or tingy…

but yeah the G425 sounds terrible 😀

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
