Looking for Input on Some Vegas Area Courses

I'll be in Vegas for the F1 weekend and have the opportunity to play the following courses:

 

Las Vegas CC ($350)

Bear's Best ($250)

Rio Secco ($268)

 

I'm assuming they are all in excellent shape. Are they worth playing for their respective green fees? Would also love to hear any insights on these courses.

No, No and No

 

Go play Paiute Wolf and maybe even a 2nd 18 on one of the other 2.

TPC Vegas is a better choice than above.

For the $, it would be better to drive out to Coyote springs.

Angel Pk Mtn or Desert Willow are prob better options at the value price level.

At that price Reflection Bay may be a good option - but see if someone has updated conditions.  They don't overseed, so not sure how the course will be.

I'd agree with the Paiute recommendation, it has turned into a relative bargain and it usually in much better condition than other LV courses probably because the tribe can do whatever the heck they want with water. Plus they have 3 18's starting from the same clubhouse so it's easy to do 36 in a day.

 

I've played LVCC and while it was well maintained and has a cool clubhouse, it's not worth $350 or even $250. I think I paid $150 as an unaccompanied guest like 8 years ago.

 

TPC LV isn't cheap either but it's a more interesting course and usually in top notch condition compared to most.
