Moving from US Kids to women's clubs for 12 year heading into high school golf season (7th grade) - suggestions?

My 7th grade daughter will be playing for the high school varsity team this year (middle school can play HS sports if no middle school team).  She has been playing since she was 6, so she is a very decent player but not a super elite player or anything like that.  Want to move her from US Kids clubs into women's clubs for upcoming season.  She is currently 5'1".

 

Bought her older sister pre-owned callaway maverick clubs a few years ago at same age and they turned out well for her (all suggestions from this forum as well, so thank you!)

 

Thoughts/suggestions?

The more into you give, the more we can help.  What is her driver swing speed?  Is she due a growth spurt?  Are you looking to re-tool the entire bag, or just irons?  Will she play much beyond HS season (junior tours)?

 

Calloway Pre-Owner can be a great value on ladies clubs if you catch the right sale. The original Ping GLE irons, hybrid and fairway wood are a really nice value on the used market IMO if you want to bargain hunt on eBay.  The ULT230 shaft on those is a good one.

Ladies Mavrik Max lite are LL flex 40g shafts versus the L flex 50g shafts for the regular Mavrik Max.  The 4iron LL flex is a great club in my bag.

The long irons can be cheap on ebay as many slow swingers can't elevate them but I can.

 

I got fitted for LA GP shafts which are expensive but I can go pin hunting with my 6, 7, and 9 irons.  The descent angle is steep enough to hold the green using cheap 2pc golf balls.

I can't do that with Mavrik Max irons.  But, most golfers I watch can't hold the greens where I play.

I'm retired and can afford to buy custom clubs made by Club Champion.

I cut down my ladies clubs an inch after studying the CC build order and that made the Callaway Mavrik Max clubs easier to swing.

Not sure about swing speed, hasn't been on sim since last winter and her swing is much faster now.  However that is being compared to a pretty slow swing speed prior as I think she was more focused on looking like a perfect swing for others to see than trying to crush the ball, lol.  I would say she has an average swing speed now.

 

Definitely think she is probably due a growth spurt of a couple inches at some point. 

 

She will play next 6 years of HS golf and then plays various local intra club type golf events/matches in the off seasons/summer.  Possibly hit junior MET PGA tour, but not sure.

Also not looking to break the bank on her either with the set.  She needs to get a full new bag, as all are currently US Kids.
