Ping PP58 Tour L/M Grip

Has anyone tried these new grips Ping has offered on the new PLD putters?

I have the Tour L on my new PLD. Any specific questions? It’s just a larger version of the PP58.

Is it comparable in size to any grip youre aware of?  Trying to see how large they mean by large.

Do you know how much the M and L weigh?  The PP58 feels more dense than the midsize they were using so excited about the improvement in feel, and curious is the weight is the same.

The PP58 & PP58 mid have a more pronounced flat front than the new PP58 Tour M/L. 

 

They are nice, but I still prefer the PP58 mid cord.

Here is a photo next to a Gripmaster Tour, typical smaller pistol shape. The Ping Tour L is 1.5” deep from front to back and 1” wide at the top of the grip. I’ll get it on the scale tonight for weight.

Rolled a 72 PLD with them, felt great , noticeable difference from the past , a firmer feeling than the previous versions

I just weighed the Tour L as I have a backup for my PLD. It weighs 87g. No idea on the medium.

The weight is very similar - I had both weighed at Ping HQ when building my PLD Custom.  The L is slightly shorter to keep the weight down.  Very happy with the shape and size of the L I picked.

Was this pulled off a putter?  Or were you able to purchase the tour L grip individually?  I Can't seem to find them anywhere.

Hoping the M is around 80 as 87 is pretty heavy to me.

I just got one on the bay around $26 shipped. And it’s OEM

I did a custom PLD and got an extra grip for backup since they aren't sold online. This grip is brand new from Ping about 3 weeks old.
