Best low/no-show socks

There are a million brands out there these days, all promising a better sock. 
 

I have a few pairs of Feetures low ankle socks and they’re pretty great but I’d like to find some thicker socks that barely show outside the shoe. I know they won’t be cheap but as long as they last I’ll be happy.

I haven’t found anything to match the Footjoy prodry. Expensive and the heel is wearing a little weird. However, super comfortable and the rest is wearing well. The lightweight version is nice, too, and still thicker than most other options. 
 

I have a pair of feetures. Not sure which model but they aren’t any better than all the discount brands. Maybe I got the wrong model. 
Edit: found the order. I got the high performance ultralight. Maybe I should get the max cushion.

I really like Stance but they wore quickly, I ended up tossing three pairs that had holes in the bottoms. I’ve since switched to Bombas and am really liking them so far.

I've had great luck with Swiftwick. Lots of options.

I love Darn Tough socks.  Some come with a lifetime warrantee, lots of options for height, cushioning, etc.  A bit more expensive but they do last.  I have about 6 pair of the T4088, had them for about 4 years now and they are like brand new - normal wash/dry.

For no show = Look at T4016 (Cushion) or T4037 (no cushion)

same, only wear Balega socks for golf. everyday wear are just the cheapo hanes socks that come in a 12 pack lol

I second this.  I walk nearly every round and Swiftwick is the answer.  About every 6-7 years I do a refresh where I throw away every pair of socks and buy a couple dozen that are identical.  I'm about due for that again and have been testing a few brands. I haven't found anything that beats Swiftwick so I'll be ordering those for the third refresh.  7 years is a long time for them to have lasted with as much as I wear them between golf, the gym, and daily wear.

Thanks all. I ordered a few more pairs of Feetures as well as some Smithwick. 

 

My frugality w/r/t socks is a bit nuts. It's extremely hard for me to throw them away even after I can see my skin through the bottom. I always figure I can wear them one more time before I chuck 'em, and then one more time turns into a couple more years. 

 

A couple of years ago I finally convinced myself to throw out a few pairs of the original Smartwool socks I'd worn to work for years.

 

Smartwool sales used to be headquartered here and I dated a girl who worked there. She was able to get me several pairs and they were fantastic and durable. Eventually I realized that I'd been married 20 years...and not to the girl with the sock hookup. Those socks were old enough to buy beer!

I asked this question previously and went with the bombas performance golf socks. They’re hard to beat. The cushioned back tab is great. I also like that there’s no branding visible when you have shoes on.
