TT Tour Concept Shaft

Any reason why Tour Pro's don't play this shaft as much as original DG. Supposed to be the TT high end steel shaft.

I have played this shaft and it is really nice if you have a moderate transition and medium swing speeds. It is a softer shaft and feels great, but if you really go after it, I have noticed some tendency for the ball to ballon a bit. It is a very high spin shaft.

Good for the average player, but probably not stout enough for the boys on the tours.

Technology speaking. still a high end, one of a kind premium shaft (variable wall thickness, constant weight, flighted). Very much the shaft profile for most amateur golfers though and you'd be hard pressed to find a shaft that feels better.

Again, after playing this shaft I would also add that this is a great shaft IF FITTED PROPERLY. I had the S3 ( stiff ) in my Miura CB-202's

I honestly think that if I had really had them fit properly they would had been ideal. Most likely if you can hardstep or softstep the shaft to fit your personal swing, then you would have a very high end product with great results.

These may be the best feeling shafts I ever used. Light, responsive and great kick in the hitting area.

I think the other complaint some have had is the finish tends to peel. If I was going to consider them again, I would go the "chrome" version and that would resolve that issue. I now understand that chrome is available as a finish option???

I couldn't stand the set of X1's I had. I got a set of Tourstage MR-23 US CBs with the TTTC original green shafts. They felt horrible. Then again, those sticks probably have the smallest sweet spot of any CB ever produced. I like the feel of normal X100's better. Currently head over spikes about the KB Tour's. I usually don't like to drink the Kool Aid, but those shafts are amazing.

properly fit to your swing, great shafts. S3's are phenomenal if you're a smooth swigner like me. I gained 15 yds in carry with my 6 iron over standard rifles, while maintaiing all the spin i need into a green. Very penetrating ball flight is what does this. see my WITB.
