What does it compare to?

Can anyone give me any feedback with this shaft. Looking to put this in a FT9 10.5 head. How much higher launch is it...how does it feel...boardy or loose. Anyone use this..love or hate it. Thanks.

I have this shaft in my superquad. Higher launch and smoother than blueboard. Would still consider it a mid launch shaft. Great shaft in my opinion. I use a stiff with a ss of 110-115.

Currently play this shaft in my Tourstage and I like it a lot.

Ballflight is mid-high, though not ballooning.

The shaft feels very smooth and stable with just the right amount of kick for me. It does not feel boardy at all and is one of the best feeling shafts I have used - preferable to the Ozik Code 6 for instance. Dispersion is also good. It does not feel loose, but perhaps could be a little tighter.

The spin is a little high for me but don't let that put you off. I've had a lot of success with the Rombax.

I notice a lot of you using this play stiffer shafts than me. My SS is only 103-105..is a stiff too much shaft for me? Also, I play weaker flex shafts in the rest of my clubs..would you guys advise a much stiffer shaft in my driver?

My SS is about 100 dead on and a stiff is fine for me. I'd have thought that same would apply to you too, given you swing a touch faster. The Rombax also has mid torque (about 3.4 I think) so doesn't play too boardy. It has a nice kick and a very smooth feel.

Can you compare this to a Matrix Code 6 or VS Proto 60 both in stiff shaft?
