Dig that wedge! Thanks for the add'l pics. Ironically, the CB gap wedge is making me want the MCs more.

I got to the range today. Warmed up to 50* but, pretty windy, 15-20 mph. Really liked how the Irons felt, about all I could with the cross wind. Very pleased with the shaft and my choice of CB's. The 5 hybrid will replace the 4 iron when the i hit the course. Higher ball flight and sightly better distance. And I am really glad I got the AW, really like it. The practice greens were like putting on Berber carpet. Haha, I was hoping to putt with new putter but after about 4 or 5 putts, i knew it was a waste of time.

Awesome set up! I am thinking of going all CB's and dropping in the AW, are you going to change your wedge lofts to accommodate the 51 degree AW or do you have a set wedge set up?

Also do the AW have the micro milled face that the ATV's have?

Thank you. I benefited greatly from a fitting at The Kingdom at TM's HQ in Carlsbad with the #insideTMaG group. But, I like 'em!! They are all solid.

All of the CB's were bent 1* strong so, the AW is now a 50*. The PW is now a 45* as is the ATV raw (darker color w/ black on the back under the wing of the sole). From there I would like to go 54*/58* in the new ATV's, we will see.

The wedges from the set do not have the micro milling of the ATV's

The more I look at the AW and compare it to the 52* ATV, I think the AW is smaller, more compact. Maybe it is optical, I don't know . The AW is easy to hit, have to see what it is like on the course.

Dave, thanks for the kind comments. I think the forged TP iron are the best looking irons I have owned. Those were the first I had with the the Nippon 950's. Wish I still had them.

My Manta is a B model. Like Zach's recent purchase. Smallest of the bunch. I like your new Manta.

I have a Forged Milled MC-72 also. But, my Dad has it and probably won't get it back very soon!!

Yeah got my mini Manta from niblick. Is that the same as your's, a "B" version? It's tour issue and smaller than retail.

Well, a little update. The 5h is definitely replacing the 4 iron. And the AW is great! Feels very easy to hit and really fits the gap between PW and my 54*. Really hit my driver well. The one round I have got to play, in between snow and rain, I have a lot more carry with this driver. Cut some corners And was able to fly to spots I couldn't last year. Really excited about that. Irons just feel great. The range has been good but, I have only been able to hit short irons on the course. And the Ghost putter is great, 27 putts on rough winter greens.

It is a Japan model. 2014 TaylorMade Cart Caddy Bag. Got from this eBay listing. About the same as Staff bag but, I don't have to worry about changing it every year. Doubt I get bored of the color like white, orange or lime green. Thinking of going very simple in headcovers also (D,3w and both hybrids). I have to class up my game! Haha

Stately, classy with a little flair. The little hints of red throughout your bag make it awesome.

I was looking at the new Oban thread (the one we conversed for a second) and thinking that I have this tendency to start trying to match things AFTER I have my bag set (for the most part). Whether it's grips, headcovers, bag, etc. That's where it becomes costly for me. By the time I get it close, I've already given up on a club and start all over again. Fun and neurotic.
