Fubuki shaft specs are confusing

two different info. sites two different specs????

I will ordering either an A4 or a R9tp with the Fubuki shaft but I'm finding various torque specs. On the Mitsubishi site they have the 63s with 3.7* and the 73s with 3.3* of torque, on the the info. package that my pro got from Taylormade the 63s has 3.1* and the 73s has 2.6* of torque. If anybody can explain this or maybe there's a misprint?? If someone can make a real world recommendation I'd be very interested, the head will be 10.5* my ss average is 102-107mph with "Nick Price" type tempo.

The Taylormade fubukis are a made for shaft, like the Callaway imix version. The TM shafts are in the Taylormade livery, like all their tp shafts.Hence why the specs are slightly different from mits. rayons site.

The only 100% real deal are the aftermarket shafts bought from an authorised dealer. Most OEMS should be able to provide the real deal if requested.

I think it was Joe Kwok who determined that the Cally Fubuki Tour 63g is a 'real' Fubuki after contacting Mitsu and researching the issue.

They are the same technology with different specs which is made for TM as their proprietary shaft to meet their needs after testing and demo.

anyway you cut it, it's not the real mitsubishi fubuki, why is it $200 cheaper than the real fubuki? TM R9tp vs R9, only a $100.00 upgrade??? To erase any doubt, just buy a real one from mits instead of TM shaft. It's a different shaft even if it was manufactured from mits.

I've hit the Fubuki in the FT-9 I-Mix and I've hit a "real" Fubuki. There is no difference...they are all "real" Fubuki's. There is no difference except one is more expensive.

The ones that are "made for" are the Titleist shafts and I know Ping has a Diamana.

I remember when Titleist came out with the 983E and 983K and they had those "Speeder" shafts in them!! Too funny considering that wasn't the Speeder 757 that everyone wanted! Ha!

My numbers were very comparable when it came to FT-9 with a Fubuki and the Whiteboard, so I ordered the Fubuki because it's not a HUGE upgrade! Def. will get a Whiteboard sooner or later! It just feels better!

Whether it really is fake or not, I can't tell a difference between the two. Plus, it's gotta be good regardless if the stats are comparable to a real Whiteboard!
