TaylorMade designed these heads to attempt to accommodate tour players that liked the Burner 09 retail version but needed less offset and a more "player" look. To win this set please reply to this thread why you would like to game this rare prototype set. B versions. The winner will get the clubs built to their desired specifications straight from the TM tour department

The v.B's is what TM should have released to the public in a TP/Tour model. I wanted to like the retails, but they didn't work for my game. The short irons were great, but couldn't get used to the long irons. These have LT's written all over them.

I would love to game the Burner B. I haven't gamed any Taylormade equipment for about 8 years. This would be the perfect opportunity to jump back on the Taylormade train. I always thought the best of Taylormade equipment has only been available to Tour players, this would be a great chance to see how good Taylormade's tour equipment really is.

I would love to game the retail burners. It seems like every time i turn the golf channel on I see a TM Burner commercial and the hype has definitely worked on me and I have been eyeing these things for a LONG time. I would also like the b version because of the lesser offset. Either way i would be extremely happy and the black KBS shafts will look fantastic.

The Tour issue version B irons are quite possibly the best looking irons at address that I have ever seen. I'm gaming a set of MP-14 irons and would LOVE to move to cavity backs. The Burner "B" head is absolutely what TM should be releasing for their next "TP" iron. I'm trying to come up with something clever or funny or something that'll make you make me the winner but as usual, my mind is blank. I'll just say thank you to TM for doing this - just the opportunity to win them is very cool!

Edit to add: I promise I'll game these for a minimum of 1 year if I win them and write a full report on what I like about 'em too.

Of course, if I win the regular Burners, I'd be pretty darn stoked as well!
