Purple Ice Driver shaft

anyone ever heard of this shaft

Anybody had any luck with this shaft and how do they play soft or hard in regard to the r,s,x?

I had one in my TM R9 4 wood and it was pretty nice. Suppose to be low spin. I had the Black Ice one in mine. Not bad shafts for the price.

I have the black purple ice x stiff in my 3 wood and love this shaft. The launch is mid to high and the feel is solid. The x stiff plays pretty much like most x stiffs, I think it may feel a little stiffer because they are more butt stiff than others.

I have a purple ice shaft in a old callaway Great big Bertha 7.5* driver i wouldn't mind some more info on it to. The shaft is like brand new when old man brought it he was called to work on the other side of the country so he didn't use it much, then when he got back he brought a new club.

If you want a picture i could get one of it. Every one that has tried this club literally cant hit it straight at all or consistently, mostly let the big hitters try it the players that have around 110 ss maybe more. Is it even worth anything now days? i am sure the head isn't but it was a rather expensive shaft when he purchased it.

Fixed...Greg Norman helped design this shaft.

First of its kind, Stiffer butt section, mid-high kick point and low spin.

I play Purple ICE 75 gram shafts in my fairway woods. As I recall they have a mid kickpoint and 3.0* of torque. The Purple ICE shafts play to the same flex as the pershing shaft, which is 1 flex stiffer than the YS+ series. I think they feel a little stiffer than they actually play.

i have one in a geek Fs3 and a burner TP fairway (tipped 2"). both are reg and were given to me by a friend. I usually go X or S in a driver dependnant on shaft weight, but these are very nice, Ballflight med - high very flat and doesn't ballon. very smooth feeling shaft and prob plays truer to flex or made even stiff them most shafts.

I've got an 85g S pull tipped 1/2" with original graphics sitting here collecting dust.
