You should know that Gold paint on a fuji tour spec means it's stiff. Silver/White is X, sometime even XX. Yellow paint is Regular.

Was told it was not and feels bout the same as my 300 Tour/660TR which I know is untipped

I know it must feel incredible at impact. That DF tour one of the longest hitting heads I've ever used. Can't do right now, but I want to. No interest in a 580XP TOUR 10.5 head I suppose?
