I will be there tomorrow and wed. with my Nikon, expect TONS of pictures. The Northern Trust is a GolfWRX fan's dream tournament because the tour vans are all accessible by just walking up to them. The putting green is tiny and the ropes are a foot away and the first tee is also tiny and ropes are a foot away. I actually have to switch out of my zoom lens because I am TOO close a lot of the time.

I agree. I am anxious to see if the new Matrix Reign, Oban Purple Prototype, and Motore speeders are out there. Those shafts looked cool from the pics at the PGA Show.

[color="#1C2837"]Yeah no public access today, they had the Pro-Am, but they wouldn't let the public in. I'm not going tomorrow Tuesday, but I may go Wednesday and may be Friday, so I can see the players I want to see before they're cut LOL like last year. [/color]

I went last year, having had visited it over the years with Nissan, and I thought the Northern Trust set-up is really boring with bare-bone sponsors and fun stuff for the public like Nissan used to have. The tour vans are there, and I don't remember it being so easy to get to them last year. [/color]
[color="#1C2837"]And all the other fun stuff are missing that used to be there when Nissan was there. All kinds of contests and give-aways and such, from companies other than Nissan. Plus, having a car company meant there was always a nice display of vehicles and associated goods. Insurance company....... it has to call in other companies but there wasn't anything there last year. May be last year was a bad year for the economy and Northern Trust was learning how to put on a tournament, lets hope they make it a tad more interesting this year. [/color]
