It's a new model they've just brought out on tour. Sun Ice is the #1 rainwear on the PGA Tour. Most of the players and the caddies wear it.

looks like Ryan Moore not only has an updated version of his Scratch tour bag but also has Scratch grips on his clubs now?

also found it interesting on pg 3 that whoever that is has trousers (travis matthews perhaps) with a special cell phone back pocket. great idea.....except that cell phones should stay in the car when playing golf!
