You'd think Tiger could get a pair of those shoes made in some other color than white. He reminds me of those old guys wearing white athletic shoes with black or khaki slacks...

He has worn them in black before. He was wearing them for part of the round on Thurs or Friday of the Chevron but then switched to White mid-round. They made a note of it on the coverage. I am not sure why he switched the shoes. I think he would and will wear the black in the future but there must be something wrong with the ones he had with him that week

Saw the same WITB on Golf.com... I thought he was using the VR-S iron bent strong to 2 iron loft as a swap for his 5 wood? I could swear I had seen him hitting his regular VR Pro 3 iron this past week. Has he pulled the blade 3 iron from the bag?

I figured there had to be some sort of explanation. I didn't watch any early tournament play, on a little on Saturday and Sunday. I also recalled seeing nothing but white shoes at the Presidents Cup as well - could be wrong though. I'm definitely not much of a "fashionista," however, there's something about white shoes with black pants just bothers me... haha

On to the proii's for a while now - and yes it's 3-PW
The cavity is a 3 bent to a 2 iron.
He had new irons just made - shown on another post and they have the blade 2 iron - which somehow seems "right".

Anyone a little surprised at how he plays all heavy clubs then plays an extremely light weight driver. I know the swing weights could be similar but with overall weight so much lighter it would make sense that he would have bad timing with it. Almost feel like a DI 7 or even 8 would be a better fit for him.

pictures ive seen make the shaft look stepless but maybe its just me

Golf Week reporting that TWs driver is 45.5 inches as well, half over standard but admit its not confirmed.

Why do we keep saying he is playing a VR-S 3 iron? Seems to me thats a VR Pro Blade in the pic above and in the pictures of his new set from Nike... That VR-S was strong-lofted to 2 iron loft and used as a 2 iron in Australia.
