What car(s) do you juniors all drive?

I'm still 15, but when I start to drive it will probably be a Jetta that my Parents are paying for, which is nothing to really be proud of. I feel lucky to be in the situation to get a decent car that won't break down. I will be paying all the expenses, of course.

 

Hey, if you guys have nice cars there's nothing wrong with that, but I just hope you don't get too wrapped up in a nice car. When Mommy and Daddy start to say no, I feel sorry for you all.

Enough talk of "spoiled" kids who have expensive cars. You never know the background on some people, its not always a gift from mommy and daddy, it could be a gift from the will of someone close to them.

 

Anyway, before I get off on a tangent, please, if you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say it! Life is full of people who are ahead of you, and people who are behind you. If you are too worried about how jealous you are of other people's things, you're just going to get lost in the shuffle.

 

Please juniors, learn this lesson now. Just like some people on this site that have tour putters, clubs, etc that are nicer than what you may have, there will be people your age when you are 20 years older who have nice cars, homes, and wives :drinks:

I havnt posted in the junior forum before, nor am i able to drive, (im currently taking drivers ed 3 days a week). I am hoping to be fortunate enough to drive one of the 150(Volvo, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover, Porsche, Corvettes, Lambos, Ferrari, basicllly w/e i want as long as my insurance isnt through the roof) cars located in a garge at my club, otherwise its my moms GMC Denali.

Insurrance for my 18 year old brother for his 1996 SVT cobra mustang was 5000 bucks a year. Dont know about you, but i (16 year old) consider 5000 a year "through the roof"

if you can cover the cost of that+buying a car and maintaing it, you BETTER consider yourself "fortunate".
