Thanx for all the help guys and I am going to start to wipe with the WD 40 on a continual basis as well as leave the covers of when not in use.

This is relatively normal with any wedge or irons that has been in contact with small rocks or sand. My Miura sand wedge has rust around the grooves as well from all the play in the bunkers. There's really no need to replace or repair as it will not impact play. As matter of fact, many tour player prefer the raw metal over the chrome because it rusts.

I also wouldn't expect Miura to do anything to replace or repair these rusts because it's normal wear and tear.

Enjoy your clubs; no one makes irons and wedges like Miura.

I'm sorry to let you down, but the every rust spot on the faces of the clubs seems to coincide with a place where sand or grit has been on the face. Is your soil sand based or clay based?

I don't see anything in the photos posted that would necessitate a warranty issue. It looks like normal wear and tear.

You can try some CLR or other liquid rust product that can remove the surface rust and give a more uniform finish, but the nickel/chrome has been compromised. They will rust without absolute cleaning and maintenance after every round.

By al means these aren't going in my next yard sale ahhaha,,I get over it every morning when I hit them.I will for sure keep cleaning them as I always have, and keep loving them!!
I feel like a winer now hahahah, I have started to wipe them down with WD=40 and I have just started to deal with it.

just a recommendation, I have vega blades and they are prone to rust also. The best way to prevent rust is to clean them off after each round and leave them out, not covered. The one thing I do is wipe them down with gun oil after each round. The gun oil will get rid of the rust and help prevent rusting. Remington Rem oil is the best, Dicks sporting goods should have this or walmart. Plust it will make them shine! just be sure to wipe the face of the clubs before you play, don't want anyone calling u out for having a foreign substance on the face of your clubs (vasoline is most common lub used for gettn a little edge).....

One note: Rust is not a bad thing on the face of your clubs as far as perfomance. The rust will help with adding spin to your shot. Vokey used to have a wedge that rusted intentionally for the purpose of adding spin. Just a thought but I know where you are coming from. all that cash spent, you want them to look good.

Look around on the internet at gun cleaning sites and you can buy a small plastic dispenser of gun oil wipes. Like baby wipes...but for guns...or top quality forgings...instead of babies.

or as we do here, u can get a bollte of sword oil. all the clubmakers recomend and use it

Just realized a couple of my irons are doing the same thing as the original posters.

I had their new putter and it had rust and discoloration, almost immediately on the face and cavity.

I have used the exact set in the pretty wet Vancouver area all year. After over 20 rounds, I don't have a single mark on mine.

Exactly the same for me as with Liquid.... 20 plus round here in Vancouver winter and wet condition included.... I also see a few nicks on the face, but no rust thus far..... I do use head cover for my irons as well... But I admit, I wash my club heads after each round by dunking them in water and using toothbrush to brush out all dirts... then I leave the head cover off for the heads to dry off.....

Lol I like everything about it. I need to update it. I put an 8m2 XX in my driver and have a Fourteen MT28V5 with S400 coming from Kwok and DG Spinners coming for the 56 and 52*.

Just spray them with WD-40 once in a while,
Keeps the rust off !!
