Kicked the 5 wood our of the bag last year to make room for my 19.5* Wilson Fybrid. Even though the loft is higher, I can hit it longer than my old 5 wood.

17* Rapture V2 with stock Javln shaft. Use it mostly on the tee and when I need a low punch shot from the fairway. Took the place of a Callaway Steelhead 5 wood.

I did the same thing. I reshafted my Fybrid with a Aldila NVS 105 hybrid shaft, and love the ball fiight. It lowered it from the NVS 85 fairway wood shaft that was on it before, but my distance is about the same with a more control.
