I've been hunting for a new driver. I was pretty dead set on a 9064ls DFS. But the bottom line is the stock shafts suck.

I got a MP Titanium 3w late last year. Has the stock Fubuki shaft. I am just smashing this 3w. My driver SS is between 105-110. I hit this 3w 243 carry the other day, and it was 48* outside. The feel is awesome, and the ballflight is perfect.

So, I figured i'd give the MP-630 a try since they are kinda cheap right now. Again, the STOCK Fubuki. Both the FT and Non-FT versions are low spin. Actually the NON FT version is lower spin. I'd probably play a 10.5 in it. The numbers I got from the FT version were fantastic. My current setup (9015d w/ real HD6) just spins a bit too much and now I am fighting the lefts with it. The MP-630 had a slightly lower launch and about 200 rpms less spin. I also couldn't make it go HARD left if I tried. Both FT and Non-FT have slightly open faces.

However, these are not that forgiving. I'm a 1-2 handicap and hit the ball pretty consistent in the middle of the face. If you nut it, this thing is a missle launcher. But couple heel shots lost 5-10 yards total distance.

I bought one of these last May. Stock Fubuki S. It is without a doubt the best driver I have ever played with. I float between 9-12 Hdcp during a regular summer, and last summer I went 6-9 because I was in the fairway a lot more.

I will buy another this year and keep the old one as my range driver.

currently in my bag mp630FT at 10.5*
gorgeous black & pear shaped club. slightly closed at address.
great feel. nice sound, not too loud or tinny.
easy to adjust settings which do reduce side spin.

replaced a tm 580xd

Got a 9.5 Fast Track with Diamana Flower Band Stiff Shaft. This is an awesome club that launches rockets when you centre it, although not overly forgiving. I would encourage anybody to try one.

Great driver- I bought the fast track model @ 10.5 & it has a nice penetrating flight/lots of roll.It's a great looking head,sounds very nice(not loud @ all) & just performs for me/stock.@ $149, how can you not try it.
