[size="3"]In order to explain why I would like to bag these, I think you first need to know a little bit about me

I'm a simple man, and I enjoy the simple things in life. I like waking up early on a dewy Sunday morning, brewing up a hot cup of coffee, and hitting the road for the course. What other place can you go to so early in the morning and see a smile on so many peoples faces?

I like shooting the bull with the starter, find out how the greens are rolling, and making sure I'll have an opening later in the afternoon for a second lap around the track.

Nothing beats that walk after your first tee shot. The game is on, and its now you vs. me, myself and I. Even though I might throw down a friendly wager or two with my playing partners, I'm honest enough with myself to know I'm always out there to beat myself...and play as well as I possibly can.

A used set of Ping S59's were the very first legit set of name brand irons I ever owned. To be honest, they were probably more club than I should have been swinging at the time...but I just couldn't say "no" to that paper thing topline and how they looked in my hands. There no doubt in my mind that by biting off a bit more than I could chew forced me to get better and made we want to get better.

Since then, I've owned two other sets of S59's and they still bring back those great memories of my growth as a golfer.

I would love to have the opportunity to bag a set of the new babies in Ping's "S" lineup. The milled faces, satin finish and beautifully compact head scream everything I love in an iron.

I have owned 3 sets of Ping irons, i2, i3, & G2, all great irons but recently i have become a bit of a TM ho, my last 2 iron sets have been TM. If i would switch from TM it would for sure be back to Ping. Maybe this is what i need to put Ping back in the bag.

Obviously by my fourm name, I am a PING fan....have been since 13 years old. I have not even seriously considered buying another brand for any club in my bag in years. If I won these...they would replace my S59's (which I promise to donate on this website). I am keeping my i5's though....sorry....=)

I wouldn't game these, I would give them to my dad. He has a bag with a bunch of clubs missing like his 7 and 9 iron, and he hasn't gotten a new set in forever. He still has his old Ping ISI's and loved them until he wanted to try titleist...now he wants to go back to ping! so this is perfect for him! so im in!
