No, they don't. I've been using one all year with my students and this is a great product. All of my professional staff use Swinkeys during their lessons...plus I have sold about 20 of them last summer. If you practise, spend the $100...you won't regret it.

Well I received my Swinkey in last week (ordered a camouflage one HA) and have had a few of my long practice days with it. Let me say that this is simply the best $99 bucks I have spent to improve my game. Period. It in compasses every alignment, ball position, and swing plane aid you can make; for putting and the long game. You can make whatever aid you need for your particular game, so it fits everybody. It weighs less than all the crap that I would normally use, and I don't have to make a ton of trips back and forth in between practice and play to put everything up or get it back out of my truck.

Just bought one off eBay for $60 shipped (new) and the auction included 6 new Penta balls. Pretty good deal. The Swinkey is so practical yet ingenious at the same time since it can do so many different things.

For those that have purchased them, do you find it was worth the investment, or could you get by with cheaper alternatives? Maybe just not in one simple product. I'm liking the idea of it, just want to know if it's worth the investment.

I got the Aimpoint version for a Xmas present this year. The main reason I wanted it was for the Aimpoint features. It really has helped me feel more confident about "7 inches left" or what ever other line my Aimpoint charts give me. Based on that, its worth the $100 as it has made my putting practice more efficient.

I saw a commercial for the golfer's toolbox on the golf channel, it looks like a great training tool to me. It's not $100 either, their site shows it for $79.99.

When I search for Swingkey I see from various places it's "discontinued". Did they sell their idea and now it's called the golferstoolbox? Or are they different products?

EDIT: so I'm able to find the swingkey online for $99.99, is the golferstoolbox the same thing under a different name?

They're being advertised on the Golf Channel as well. I'm pretty sure the Golfer's Toolbox is the same as the Swingkey.

I have one and use it all the time. It is for players who want to get better. It has a lot of great features.

I use it to stretch before rounda and practice. I also use the alignment rods, as well as the putting line setup. It doesn't add much weight for how many uses you get out of it. I have used the camera mount a couple times too, but I don't like watching my swing I really start to nitpick.

No, the practice rods do NOT rattle when you swing the tool box. The rods and sticks that fit inside have a "fitted slot" for each and they are a snug fit.

So far I've used the tool box for stretching, their website offers videos on good golfing related stretches.

I've also set it up in my living room to work on my putting stroke. I really like that I can use this on the range AND INDOORS.

It's funny how simple it is, and like the commercial shows it replaces a hole boat load of training aids. The really nice thing is it keeps them all together so when you go to the range to practice you just grab the toolbox and go.

I also like the ability of sliding the middle alignment rod down as you hit a ball, then you can keep hitting, you don't have to keep resetting the sticks, this allows for easier setup and more efficient practice.

An added thing that I also like, I put my toolbox in the bag next to my driver, when I'm on the course once I remove my putter cover (SC style) it slips over the end of the toolbox and holds it nicely while I putt. This is another simple but awesome use. Now I don't have to worry about the putter cover falling on the ground, in the mud, or down into my bag. (see attached picture).
