Titleist 14way stand bag

Anyone have one of these ? I am looking for a new bag to replace a 5 yr old Nike stand bag. The legs aren't very sturdy and I am tired of fighting with the small opening to put clubs back in the bag. I play 1-2 times a week and usually walk and carry. I am a little concerned about the 14way being too bulky to carry ? I looked at it in the store and it is noticeably bigger than a regular stand bag. Likes/dislikes about the bag ?

I just picked one up. Not any bigger to me than a Titleist premium stand bag and I love the 14 way full length dividers. Cuts out a lot of bag chadder and marks on the shafts. Would definitely recommend!

Only downside is no umbrella slot.

I have one, I love it. Like was said above, each slot keeps the chatter down, and its easy to organize the clubs. lots of pockets

Yes, the extra thick hip pad is very comfortable. A little heavier than my old bag, but still light.

Do you guys really think that the 14 separate dividers keeps chatter down? I actually think that having 2 or three clubs sort of "nested" within each other would provide for less chatter that having them separated and swinging around into one another when in separate dividers.

It really does, they sit a little farther from each other, so not as much hit. I needed a new bag, so I got this one, I did not even think of the chatter until I loaded it up and carried it. The clubs slide in and out nice, my older bag, the clubs would get stuck on each other, not enough room.

Just like any other walking bag out there when it comes to weight. The more you put into it, the more youll want to ride. Keep it light and youll love it. I have the premium bag and personally i think its one of the best bags out there.

I have the sun mountain version of this bag. Very light and comfortable to carry. I would recommend it.

It does have a place for an umbrella. The loop at the bottom for the point and a cord at the top for a handle the umbrella tucks under the pocket. I never carry one so I don't know how well it works. I just get wet.

i think the 14 spots would be a good thing for chatter also.. i may have to look into one of these my bag is about served its tender..

Anyone have any pics of it loaded up ? The bag itself is probably going to be lighter than my current nike bag since it is an older bag.

I have both the '11 Premium stand bag and the 14-way stand bag. I personally prefer the Premium, i like it's styling better (more subdued), and i actually didn't like the 14-way dividers on the course, i found myself looking for the empty slot which got annoying, would rather just put them in a general area. However, if i were a walker, which i'm not, i'd get the Titleist Lightweight stand bag (pic attached), although the difference in weight b/w it and the 14-way is less than one pound. so, if u want the 14-way dividers, i'd get the 14-way bag, and if u don't care, then get the lighter Lightweight bag.

on a sidenote, i just looked at your sig Minteq, our bags are very similar other than the irons. you have good taste.

IMO the 14 is the best bag tItty has ever made. I have had them all (titleist) and it is great. Min chatter and not heavy at all to walk with.

Works okay, you can strap the legs closed with the velcro.
