Anyone still play CG14 wedges w/CC grooves

Curious on the feedback on the CG14 wedges. I have never played a Cleveland wedge and my local shop has the CG 14 with new zip grooves at ridiculous prices. Any thoughts on these?

I just picked these up, I only played them 1x so far I really liked the original groove 14's

Did you get the Black Pearl or Chrome? Any difference in feel between the finishes that you know of?

I have 50 and 56 in cg14 and 60 in cg 12. I have had them for a few seasons. Came from 588's but haven't owned wnything but cleveland wedges.

Can't go wrong with Cleveland. If you get a good deal, jump.

I have two cg14 with the zip grooves and a cg15 with the zip grooves, but I wanna switch to some scratch forged wedges The cleavelands still spin a ton, but I like the look of scratch wedges alot better.

I have the Satin Chrome, I cannot detect any difference.

how much workability is in this wedge and can you open it up and hit good flops

I have a 56* with 14* bounce. open it all the time with no problem. I used to have one with the old grooves with lower bounce which was better for me. funny story how i got the new groove one...

I've played them for a couple years now and really like them. Tons of spin and I open them up with no problems.

Have A cg14 black pearl 50* pw and its great! Put a kbs tour stiff in it and it really performs now

Still play TW 52,56,60 with zip grooves and will until I'm forced to switch. When that happens, I have a brand new set with conforming grooves stashed away. Love the cg14 head.

I've got a 52 and 58 cc in the bag. Love the 58 inside 60 yards. I can get a good amount of spin and play for roll out as well. Definitely good clubs!
