and a commitment, lots of balls, and lots of patience. from the looks of it you've played golf quite awhile, so it may be difficult to ingrain something very different....which means there's gonna be some frustrations and days where you're hitting the ball terribly. but really the end result should be compressing the ball a lot better with less timing involved for more consistent trajectory/direction.

Update.

A friend of mine gave me a five minute pointer on my posture. Now I'm standing a little farther away from the ball -- It allows me to make a really aggressive move on the ball.

probably because you are standing too far from it.

your initial video looked a little 'squaty' with perhaps too much weight on your heels, and the new ones may be better in that regard.....hard to tell because the angles are so off (have the camera on your footline, pointing where you're aiming....not 15* off).

but you definitely are standing too far from the ball. let your arms hang straight down from your shoulders. you shouldn't have to reach out for the ball with an iron.

and then practice those drills.
