Del Mar?

Does anyone know if Scotty Cameron will make a Jet Black Del Mar?

Nope, not any time soon.

The Del Mar is part of the California series, so it comes in the Sea Mist finish.

The Select line is the black line, and the Del Mar is not part of that.

Would be a nice addition though!!

Wouldn't surprise me if it was the next release. The Scotty article on here mentions a second release that includes the laguna head.

A black laguna would be pretty sweet. I would still prefer a black del mar. There was one on the BST that the guy had done that looked awesome.

Love my Cali.... I don't see it happening for another year. I have been seeing stories on the CC forums of the finish wearing, that's what led me to buy a Monterey 1.5!

Someone in the BST had a 2012 Del Mar (along with other scotty's) that had the "salt bath nitrating" treatment. If I didn't get a new Select I'd consider that treatment on a Del Mar

Any pictures of that? I absolutely love the new black select NP2 I just got but the del mar has always been my favorite style. I've thought about picking up a California del mar too but I wish it was finished exactly like the select

But at the same time the NP2 is working out great right now so I probably shouldn't mess with it lol

Can't you send a Cameron to the spa and have the new Jet treatment applied? Seems like the solution you are seeking.

Pretty sure only the 2012 selects are up for the Jetsetter package

I've also heard rumors of the 2nd release this year. Several people were asking b/c they missed the Squareback.
