One of the best looking blade i've seen

Title says it all actually! :cheesy:

This blade doesn't appear to be that small as a blade IMO. It has some off set but not much, just enough to make it looks easier to hit. Box grooves. Leading edge has enough beveled for a blade but not dull and definitely not sharp.

The descriptions that i got from the company: This club is design to hit the ball on the higher side as a blade for easier hit result and move the sweet spot more on the middle instead of the ussual blade on the heel. Groves improves the spin, especially on the longer iron for easier ball flight and distance control.

Made out of 1025 CB, just like Mizuno.

Hit a set of fourteen blades once, very sweet, now if they were available as a custom option w/o all the text on the back, would very seriously consider them!

I've checked w/ the retail one, it's different!

 

The muscle curve is a bit different ( sharper angle ) and the shape of the face is a bit different also. The retail one is a bit more round by the toe.

 

If I'm not wrong, they've came out w/ this one as a limited edition. The T stamp are indicate from the tour van as i've told from the guy who gave them to me.

 

The spec of this club has a strong loft, what i would recommend is to set this up as a normal loft to reduce the off set look to be more of a real blade and lift the ball up even higher a bit more, thus it'll make this club even more forgiving. I don't need to hit the ball 145-150 on PW, might as well buy 2-9 if i want to do that, right? (cool)

 

The writing on the back actually has no paint fill, so it's very simple actually.

Those are sweet looking. Im gonna be different and say that I like the writing. I think its pretty clean with no paintfill. I would hit them.

About a year ago this was an option. I was choosing between Fourteen blade prototype and the MR-23 US-spec blades and chose for the latter. Have no regrets... altough... (cool)

Depends on the bounce angle!

 

I don't see to much bounce on this one, so i don't think a digger should play this club...unless he is a damn good striker.

1025 carbon steel ( S25C ) can't be cast!

 

They even called it TB-1000 forged.

I have the TB1000 Forged and they are the sweetest blades at setup I have ever seen...

the tb1000 prototypes are cast and were hand ground to it's final shape...they were made in very limited quantities and if i remember correctly under 300 sets were made...the retail tb1000's are forged and are available right now for purchase...as for the prototype tb1000's they are hard to come by and are extremely popular because they are probably the best feeling cast blades they have hit and i've reshafted the proto tb1000's with true temper tour concept shafts and they work awesome!!! http://fourteengolf.com/ check out their new forged tc 770's theyre beautiful!!! you should check out their driver the jc606...it's sooo money with the diamana whiteboard...

Is there a way to tell Fourteen csatings from forgings?

 

I have a set of "T"our "B"lade 600s. An older set of Fourteen blades. I was thinking of making them "blank".

I might just DGSL them and put them in play soon. I put hardstepped TFR5.0s in them and with the really heavy heads they play soft.
