Bushnell vs Leupold

Which one is the best to get the V2 or the GX2 need some help any thoughts

Leupold are made a bit better; I have a Bushnell V2 and Leupold GX3. Both work about the same - that is, they both work fine. Sometimes you have to shoot the target a few times so that you know that you are not getting the trees behind the green - but you get used to that.

I had a problem with a Bushnell V2 - side button got stuck, had to send it back to get fixed. Leupold is more sturdy. The V2 is lighter, and I like light because I like to carry only 10 clubs in a lightweight bag, so that's why I have the V2. GX3 is probably a little better overall, but more expensive. I use that one a lot as well, particularly when I ride in a cart - which I don't like to do.

GX2 has slope and is not legal for competetive play.

the GX1 from leopold has everything i need in a range finder including a scan feature.

Neither. I've used and tested them both along with Callaway Nikon models. First, all are laser so accuracy are equal. Speed is deciding factor and Nikon technology has no competition in my experience.

FYI, I have the LR800.

I just got one coming from a Bushnell Z3. I have to say that Leupold makes are much superior product, awesome piece of equip.

I have looked through the Bushnell Medalist and the Nikon/Callaway and my Leupold GX-1. Leupold GX-1 has the clearest and brightest view of these 3 rangefinders in my simplistic opinion. The accuracy is spot on as well.

I'm a fan of the Leupold, and have had good luck with it. Best way is to take a look at both and then choose the one you like the most.

I just picked up a GX-1 with a gift card I had to burn. I love the display and it is nice and compact. The Z6 is great, but I could not justify spending twice as much for a bright red display.

I have a GX1 and love it, but I do wish I had the GX3 as I love the larger bright red led. My GX2 is lightning fast and I can hit targets at 300 yds with ease. I use mine on every shot and have for three years. I have only had to replace a couple of batteries.

If I were buying one tomorrow, it would be the GX3.

I demo'd a v2 the other day and was pretty disappointed when some fog rolled in. It wouldn't give me any yardage at all. I could see the pins just fine through the scope. Anyone else have any problems with this?

The GX3 is getting cheaper by the minute, since Leupold issued the GX3i last year. I've used 2 batteries within the last 3 years with my GX3. I put a new one in this last October, three weeks before my club's closing for the season. I play ±150 rds/yr.
