To all the folks upset about the US only nature of it:

I've been involved in putting on a marketing giveaway for fans before (it was via Facebook). It's a nightmare. Bonding and estimated values and insurance and all manner of paperwork and legalese that was way over my head. We wanted to include Canada/Europe in ours too and it was just impossible, both from a legal and financial aspect.

Don't blame golfwrx. Don't blame the oem. Blame laws.

I was wondering that same thing. I'm guessing that if you were selected as a finalist, you probably wouldn't be allowed to disclose that fact.

In a perfect world, they would close the thread and let people know finalists have been contacted.

But, it's not a perfect world, and they can do whatever they want and take all the time they need as far as I care!

I'm VPNd into the office from home due to snow, I have iheartradio on and the Eurithmics just started. My head's in a great place right now and I'm getting more work done here than I would at the office!
