I need real photographs of golf courses

I have a goal of collecting legit photos and scorecards of every course I have ever played. I aim to get the scorecards by contacting the head pro/director of golf at all the courses. The photos, are another story. If you have, or know someone who has, 6x9 or larger color photographs (in quality condition) of the following courses...
