Reunion Resort in Orlando - Restaurant Suggestions

Going to play the 3 Reunion courses in Orlando this weekend. Can anyone provide some good restaurant suggestions within a 15 minute drive? A steakhouse would be great, maybe an Italian place etc. Thanks in advance.

For a very nice $$$$ Italian Experience, Christini's in Dr. Phillips Area. For a little less $$ Maggianos in Pointe Orlando. Also in Pointe Orlando, Capital Grill for Steak, you will not be unhappy with this decision. Get the Kona rubbed ribeye..holy jeebis. Let me know if you need some more suggestions, I used to work fine dining all over o-town and I'm a big foodie.

Christini's for Italian. Fleming's, Morton's, etc. for steakhouses...not sure which is most convenient from Reunion.

For a non chain steakhouse, I recommend the yachtsman steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club resort. The porterhouse is fantastic and truffle Mac n cheese is divine. Don't let the mickey mouse stuff fool you, Disney's expensive restaurants are some of the best available in the area.

There is a Shula's inside the Dolphin hotel. Yachtman Steakhouse is good, but not nearly what it used to be. [url="http://www.theworldofdeej.com/2012/06/eleven-reunions-dinner-with-view.html"]Eleven at Reunion Resort[/url] is a cool spot. Good food and nice view from the top floor of the main resort building.

Only downside to Reunion is it is pretty separated from the rest of Orlando. A 15 minute drive might not get you very far, especially with I-4 traffic.

You might also consider the Columbia Restaurant in Celebration, which is much closer to Reunion than the others mentioned:

Old Hickory (Gaylord Palms...used to be really good)

Christini's (unreal...Sand Lake Rd)
Maggiano's (Pointe Orlando)
Cafe D'Antonio (Celebration)
Il Mulino (Swan by Disney Boardwalk)

If you are in to sushi Seito (Celebration and Sand Lake Rd) is very good.
