Port Ludlow vs White Horse

A few co-workers and I are planning on skipping work next week to play over there. We usually spend the day playing White Horse but someone mentioned playing Port Ludlow instead. We have never played it before...

I like it more than white horse. Seems to have a better layout.

Ditto.....though WH is getting better and has less funky holes then PL....PL is an fun course....I think that they closed the bad 9...

They did close the Trails nine so there are only the Tide and Timber nines remaining. I only played the Trails nine once and I was walking, fortunately I was paired up with a duo that had a cart so I was able to get some rides. That nine was unwalkable. Kind of cool though.

Port Ludlow is fun, I have played it a few times and would much rather play there than White Horse. Conditions are a little tighter at WH but that course is way too gimmicky for me. Too many bunkers and bad bounces. Either way, PL isn't too expensive and I'm sure you'd have a good time trying it out.

Played Ludlow 2 weeks ago. Great shape and the greens were fast and true. Nice !
