I would check TourSpec, Yelnats or LastaGolf. Those are the three places to go for Japanese golf stuff, as far as I know. My wife also likes the Japanese-style headcovers. I got her a ComoCome putter cover that has made her the envy of the WGA at our club.

It would be cheaper and easier to buy a normal HK stuffed toy and convert it to a headcover.

I have an official Hello Kitty headcover, not that particular one in the pic, but it is an official Hello Kitty item. My sister bought it for my wife when she was in Japan. We don't need it, never used, pm me if you are interested.
