Just curious what everyone's favorite unorthodox short game technique is?

Been struggling around the greens and maybe traditional methods aren't for me.

Toe down chip or pitch. Can be used in a lot of different ways around the green...from tough rough to tight lies.

Many videos that demonstrate it. Here is one.

VJ is chipping crosshanded I noticed. Craig Perks won the Tour Championship one year with that technique. I haven't tried it but, who knows, maybe it would work for you.

I agree. Here's another version of the same thing. The Brian Sparks "chip-put". I use it all the time when I'm just off the green.

Think you might be referring to Chris Couch, rather than Craig Perks. I only say this because i'm a New Zealander and watching Perks chip in twice in the last 3 holes was a moment of NZ sporting glory!
