Milled mallet Suggestions

Currently use am odyssey O-Works tank and it’s very soft feeling. Looking for something different. Any suggestions

+1 on the Cleveland Huntington Beach putters. Picked mine up on a golf trip when I was putting poorly and wants something new to look at. Very nice putters with milled face...really liking the solid feel of NO INSERT.

If you don't like soft maybe avoid inserts especially Odyssey.

For some that were not named yet: If you want the same shape then Evnroll ER2 or ER2.2 if you use the Tank #1 or ER5 if you use the Tank #7. The ER8 is a mid-size mallet and the ER7 while listed as a full size mallet isn't huge.

I have an Argolf Avalon and it's really nice, going to game that more for sure.

I'm not sure if the new SOFT line is any different, but the last iteration of Cleveland Huntington Beach putters may be the softest feeling putters I've ever used, insert or no insert. I had a 6c that I liked but ultimately gave up on because the pillowy softness made it difficult for me to hit longer putts.

Lately there have been a lot of Scotty Cameron GoLo 3,5 and 7's on ebay that can be had for a little over $100. Some in excellent condition with a factory grip and correct headcover. You just have to look closely at the pictures. I bought a GoLo 5 and it's VERY nice!

I think it's the alignment line. Some of them are awful at least to me. This one above is fine but some others are horrid.

My favorite is the original select line with the black finish and black site line. The line is subtle and the lines of the putter connect the putter to the ground and aren’t so jarring like some modern (ahem, spider, ahem) mallet shapes.

If I was a face balanced putter guy this one would be right at the top of my list.

I don't like the last 2 Golo putters which was the 2016 and 2015 because of the sight line when Scotty was using that black plastic/metal sight line or whatever it was. The 2014 has a simple line like above, it's also comes LH but finding one in decent condition for a reasonable price is tough. I'd probably prefer a Bettinardi Studio Stock #3 or #38 for the same or similar price.

I have always liked the cameron 5mb.....simple lines...seems to blend into the ground for me. A smooth round shape, small sight line....just like the look and feel of it

My favorite is the Piretti Savona II Elite. A compact, closer to mid-mallet size , flow neck,

303 stainless , one piece milled , 4:00 toe hang , easy to align putter ...... It can be ordered

with your choice of sight lines or sight dot , finish, length , and grip. The optional weight kit

allows you to adjust head weight from 355 to 375 grams .....mine pictured below...
